Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volumes.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. RAPHA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information confirms delivery. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
